There are many important details in this issue. Tony Stark's engagement is called off, there's first appearances of Dr. Jarr dies during a control computer explosion.

This comic is in an unusually beautiful condition for its age. It is from October 1972 and almost looks new.

It is definitely not very high-grade as it has corner dings, spine nicks, a brown dot on the spine, and possibly other things that I may have missed. The staples are still silver-colored, comic lies flat, there is gloss, and the edges are mostly sharp. There is an old ink smell to it as lots of comics from this period have nowadays. I didn't find a single bend, tear, missing piece, water damage, or anything that would potentially make it low-grade. I'm not saying it would be high-grade, or even mid-grade, but I personally think it would make a great candidate for grading. Any comic can be graded, but a comic this old is not usually in such nice shape.
